We can get a Vet issued health certificate for an additional fee. We have a vet technician on site that checks and evaluates our dogs daily.
Our Vet will have examined each puppy and gave it a clean bill of health before it is sold. They come from a clean environment and will be started on a health care plan. When buying a husky puppy from Bama Huskies you are getting a well socialized puppy that is healthy, deeply cared for and loved. Call any time to set up an appointment, we always look forward to meeting potential customers and their family for some fun time with our huskies. We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM but tours and puppy pick-ups hours vary by season. I am extremely busy with my dogs.We offer kennel tours so you can see our facilities and meet our dogs by appointment only. I am working slowly on updating the website but it is not my highest priority. Some of the dogs have outdated or incomplete information listed. We also do not and will not remove dew claws on our puppies, front or back. Our dogs are show dogs as well as we do various fun performance with them such as trick dog, canine cross country, canine ninja, dog parkour, stunt dog, dock diving, and canine fitness. None of the dogs on this page are for sale, these dogs are the foundation of our kennel and breeding program. Watch for updates as we have a lot of information to add to this page. We started in on health testing the moment our first Yakutian Laikas arrived in the USA by sending off swabs for XLPRA1 testing back to Russia as it was not available here in the USA at that time. Several of our dogs are dual titled in Russia in both conformation and sledding. We have made major efforts in the Yakutian Laika breed to bring the best bloodlines and bring in proven dogs. We have been a pioneer kennel in bringing the Yakutian Laika to the USA.
